In the Middle District of Tennessee, John Polston, a pharmacist licensed by the state of Tennessee’s Board of Pharmacy, was in charge of the Oakley Pharmacy Inc., doing business as Dale Hollow Pharmacy in Clay County. He is accused of knowingly and without authority dispensing and distributing pain medications and benzodiazepines, drugs which are dangerous to take with opioids, between March 2017 and February.
