A nurse in Mississippi has been indicted on one count of fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs prescribed to a patient.

The state attorney general’s office says in a news release Tuesday that the 58-year-old nurse turned herself in to police Thursday.

Bond was set at $2,500. It was not immediately clear whether she is represented by an attorney.

The news release says the accused was a registered nurse at Woodlands Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Clinton at the time she allegedly obtained a patient’s hydrocodone and acetaminophen pills for her own use.
