Nurse caught twice stealing controlled substances from a nusing hoine and assisting living facility in Appton, Wisconsin
Jere Daniels was caught twice diverting morphine sulfate tablets and tramadol in Appleton.
She admitted to taking morphine sulphate tablets from the medication cart, and to the diversion and personal use of both morphine and tramadol.
